Delivery
We always aim to dispatch straight away, if we have any problems in this regard we will email you and give the option to cancel and get your money back.
Please note that delivery to the UK can take 5 working days from dispatch, 10 working days for the EU and deliveries outside the EU up to 20 working days
Please note that although our prices are shipped we cannot be responsible for local taxes and duties

17.5% VAT is included for all UK and European Union Countries
Duty and Import Tax
Whilst we includes free shipping we cannot be responsible for any duties or import tariffs due or applicable from a specific destination, if such local taxes are applied they are the responsibility of the buyer
Weights and Lengths
Please note that we try to reach as near to the stated weights and lengths as is possible and work to a commercial tolerance of +/- 5% based on conditioned weight of 18.25% moisture
It is not possible to guarantee every hank or cone to be exact and thus we try to work within the above tolerances. If you are unhappy with either a weight or a length issue on any of our yarns please contact us at info@knitglobal.com
NB:- Please note that all knitting terms such as DK, Aran, 4ply. Lace etc are not absolute technical specifications and thus are not fixed criteria. We therefore also specify the industrial yarn count and length as a better guide
Disputes
AC Wood take great care to ensure that all aspects of any sale and products are met with the highest standards. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our products and services please do not hesitate to contact us by email or in writing to the above address. This does not affect your statutory rights.
