AC Wood Speciality Fibres Limited have been producing and selling hand knitting yarns for over 25 years.
We are based in Bradford UK and have family involvement in natural fibres and yarns dating back to the 1930 and the height of the UK textile trade.
We have used our knowledge of fibres and yarns to provide the highest quality yarns and have an extensive range of contacts worldwide from which to source.
The company is now run by Adrian Wood and John Hewitt, both have extensive knowledge of business and textiles. Adrian’s Father and Grandfather having been Mohair and Speciality fibre traders and John Father having been a Mohair and Wool merchant also.
Aside from the ‘Yarnundyed’ range of yarns we are involved in the bespoke manufacture of hand and machine knitting yarns.
